Palfix paste is an excellent cleaner for removing heavy dirt from hands.
It easily removes greases, paints and oils, which is why it works perfectly e.g. in car workshops. The composition includes natural abrasives (wood dust) and antibacterial agents with the property of removing dirt deeply embedded in the pores of the skin. It is very efficient. Does not clog the sewage system.
